It must be Jędrzej (a very popular in the past form of the name Andrzej). The letter "d" is apparently not finished, and it looks like "a".

Hello Tadeusz You are quite right I did not get the names of the groom's parents from this marriage act.But because the act mentioned that he was a widower I found his previous marriage act which did give his parents names.I probably should have mentioned that in the post however I was more interested in the name of the father of the bride since the bride and groom she are directly related to my family.I thank you for the information that you have given me.
